PIXALES improved its own website, guided by one audit
In ten days, PIXALES used a Remote Mend audit report to improve pixales.net on its own. Remote Mend only audited: we never logged in to the site and changed nothing. PIXALES made every change itself, working from our report. Below is what changed, measured the same way before and after.
Client: PIXALES · Site: pixales.net · Platform: Odoo 19 Online · Service: Audit only · Audit: 6 Oct 2026 · Re-audit: 16 Oct 2026

The client
PIXALES runs pixales.net, a Spanish and English platform for SAP consultants in Latin America and the United States: training, practice servers, mentoring and jobs, with memberships sold online. The site runs on Odoo 19 Online (eCommerce, eLearning, Live Chat, Appointments).
The format: audit only
6 Oct 2026: Remote Mend audited the public site, read-only: no logins, no form submissions, no purchases.
The report: 8 prioritized findings, each with evidence, impact, a recommended fix and the effort involved, plus a quick-win checklist and a suggested order.
6–16 Oct: PIXALES made the changes itself in Odoo, using the report. Remote Mend had no access to the site and made no changes.
16 Oct 2026: Remote Mend re-audited with the same tools and settings and compared every result side by side.
Every change on this page was made by PIXALES. Remote Mend wrote the audit and the re-audit only.

Lighthouse 13.5, Spanish locale, simulated mid-range phone, same settings on both dates. Single runs: a difference of ±5–10 points is normal.
Next steps
PIXALES has made a strong start. Three things would make the biggest difference next. All of them are settings or content in Odoo, and the re-audit report has the details.
Open up the Premium and VIP buy buttons. On /pricing the Starter button works; Premium and VIP still lead to an access-denied page (403), and two more products in the sitemap (IA annual, Starter annual) answer the same way. Publishing those products (website-published, public pricelist) or hiding them from /pricing, /shop and the sitemap, then testing each button logged out, will let every visitor who is ready to pay check out.
Add a privacy page and PIXALES’ own terms. /terms is live now, a good step; it still holds Odoo’s sample text. The footer links to Terms and Privacy point to “#”, /privacy returns 404 and the contact form has no privacy line. Next: PIXALES’ own terms (subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, taxes) and a privacy policy, linked from the footer, checkout and forms, reviewed by a legal adviser.
Speed up /pricing on phones. The mobile score rose from 41 to 47, but the main content now appears at 8.6 s (6.4 s on 6 Oct). Compressing the hero images, trimming snippets and fonts on /pricing and delaying the live chat and other non-critical scripts should bring it in line with the homepage.
Also on the checklist: three broken links, DMARC and DKIM for email, and page descriptions for Google.
How we measured
Both audits were read-only. Nothing was bought or submitted, so checkout, payments and emails were not tested.
Real-user speed data (CrUX) was not measured: the PageSpeed API quota was exhausted.
The two crawls covered different numbers of URLs (82 and 93), so we only compare like with like.
